He brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic vision to teams, projects, and enterprises aiming to harness the power of their data and AI.<\/p>\n<p>Harvey writes, speaks and advises on emerging technologies not just to share knowledge but also to ignite conversations and inspire action. He won the 2017 MCA Award for the best use of thought leadership and was also a finalist in the 2025 MCA Awards.<\/p>\n<p>Harvey is a former member of techUK\u2019s Leadership Committee on Analytics and AI, the Open Data User Group, the Public Sector Transparency Board, and the Advisory Committee to the All-Party Parliamentary Group on AI.
