He has led product through an acquisition and post-merger integration, redesigned commercial models at scale, and transformed platforms under full revenue pressure.<\/p>\n<p>Valter has spent fifteen years across data, marketing technology, and eCommerce, working with B2B platforms from every angle. He has sold software, rescued stuck deployments, integrated acquisitions, and led the product teams that ship it. He brings a perspective shaped by having held every role in the B2B value chain: customer success, technical solutions, product management, and executive leadership.
