Chris is IT and Transformation Director at Mamas & Papas, the UK’s much-loved nursery and baby brand, where he leads technology strategy across a business spanning e-commerce, retail stores, wholesale, international, and a bespoke systems estate. Chris joined M&P in 2026 from lawn care specialist GreenThumb, where he built and led the technology function, and has also held senior IT leadership roles at Studio Retail. Across his career, Chris has focused on driving digital transformation – using data and technology to improve customer experience, streamline operations, and support sustainable growth.
