Shay\u00a0McGuinness\u00a0is Head of Product for Pentaho, where he owns the product roadmap for a data integration and analytics platform used to run production data pipelines in some of the most tightly regulated environments in the world. He works with defense, financial services, and government organizations\u00a0whose data cannot leave their own infrastructure, and whose pipelines cannot break.
