Increasingly, her focus is on the impact of AI and data \u2014 not simply the technology itself, but how organisations build the skills, culture and confidence needed to translate innovation into meaningful business value.<\/p>\n<p>A proud Northerner, Caroline is passionate about the continued growth of Manchester and the North West as a centre for technology, talent and innovation.
