He leads work on responsible data practice, AI literacy for communities and participatory data governance, including principles for collaborating with residents on AI systems adopted by GMCA and data standards within supply chain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Julian has spent more than a decade developing projects that demonstrate the value of open and accessible data.
