Richard leads Channel PreSales at Druva, where he helps organisations realise the value of cloud-first data protection through resilient, secure, and automated solutions that scale with business growth. He brings extensive experience across the public sector, retail, defence, and finance, guiding customers in transforming and modernising their technology environments. More recently Richard has led the PreSales Dell OEM Alliance for Druva where he\u2019s overseen significant growth and adoption across territories in APJ and EMEA, travelling to all the territories to work with the local Dell Teams. Academically, Richard holds degrees in both International Relations (MSc) and Economics (BSc). Outside of his professional life Richard is a keen Ice Hockey fan, supporting his local team Guildford Flames.
