With over two decades of experience, James has a proven track record of solving highly complex technical challenges across domains including IoT, AI\/ML, mobile, and cloud-native systems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He has led the design and delivery of production workloads using large language models (LLMs) before the release of ChatGPT, with a particular focus on automated evaluation of agentic systems, benchmarking accuracy and performance, and the integration of LLMs into real-world decision support tools. James was instrumental in developing an award-winning AI-powered compliance platform for a FTSE 100 company.<\/p>\n<p>James was recently named in the BIMA100, recognising him as one of the UK\u2019s most influential digital leaders.
