Rachael is an experienced leader of complex data and geospatial transformation programmes across both the public and private sectors. She has a proven track record of delivering strategic outcomes, driving operational efficiencies, and embedding strong data governance. Currently, Rachael leads the Defra Group Geospatial Enabling Programme, working across Defra and its Arm’s Length Bodies to develop and enhance the use of geospatial data across the organisations.
