Shabina Poolanathil

Shabina Poolanathil is a Senior Programme Manager with extensive experience delivering complex technology, data and AI initiatives across global organisations. Her career spans programme and project management, digital transformation, and technology delivery, giving her a strong understanding of how data and technology can translate into meaningful business outcomes.

Currently working within AXA UK’s Claims Analytics function, Shabina leads the delivery of data and AI initiatives, working across multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, product and business stakeholders to take AI and machine-learning solutions from strategy and roadmap through to implementation and adoption. She brings together technical understanding, structured programme leadership and a strong focus on people and collaboration. She is particularly passionate about making data and AI more accessible, practical, and impactful, while supporting greater diversity and representation across technology and data.
