Ben Clinch

Ben Clinch is an independent consultant and community advocate at Clinch Data Services Ltd, having previously held senior leadership roles at HSBC and BT Group, including Global Head of Business Data Architecture. He has led major enterprise transformations built on federated semantic platforms, knowledge graphs and digital twins, and advocates for semantic technologies, metadata and neuro-symbolic AI as the route to explainable, safe and context-aware AI.

A recognised voice in the global data community, Ben speaks regularly at events including Data Decoded, Big Data LDN, Gartner, Knowledge Graph Conference and the Data & AI Conference Europe, covering everything from generative AI to practical ontology implementation.
