AI makes it easier to build a dashboard. Knowing whether you can trust it is a different challenge. Vibe dashboarding—creating and refining dashboards through natural language – puts analytics within reach of more people, but the results still depend on the data, definitions and permissions behind them.

Martin Mahler sets out five foundations for making this work at scale: reliable data; business context that agents can find and use; flexible ways to build and consume analytics; governance, security and distribution; and ongoing validation and maintenance.

The session looks at how these foundations support people and AI agents, from exploring a question to embedding analytics into human and agentic workflows. It also considers who owns definitions, how access is managed and how errors are caught. Attendees will leave with a way to assess their readiness, identify gaps and decide what to tackle first.
