With nine years of experience spanning enterprise software, fintech, and Web3, Alexa leads data, AI adoption, and product initiatives across the non-technical side of Parity. She has built her career at the intersection of data, systems design, business analysis, and organizational change. At Parity, Alexa built the data infrastructure that supports finance, people, operations, talent, and legal, turning disconnected information into reliable pipelines, reporting, and analytics that teams can understand and use. Her work also includes designing and building internal products, improving operational processes, and helping teams move from instinct-led decisions toward stronger, evidence-based ways of working. Alongside this, she develops programs that help non-technical teams understand AI, product thinking, and the technical foundations of the technology Parity builds. Her perspective is that technology creates little value in isolation: its impact depends on whether people can understand it, connect it to real everyday needs, and confidently put it to use.
