Andrew is an experienced data specialist with over 25 years of experience leading and managing data teams and initiatives. Andrew has a broad range of data skills and experience, including building and operating geographic information systems, developing data standards and specifications, writing and implementing data strategies, and defining and delivering major projects that transform data infrastructures. Andrew leads the ODI’s data standards programme contributing to data standards initiatives in the physical activity, volunteering and social care domains.
