Ben is Head of Data Science for MandM, leading a team of data scientists and analysts who work across every team to help the business understand what is driving performance. The team’s goal is to get maximum benefit from the data we hold, helping colleagues understand what drives our customers and giving those customers better experiences when they shop with us.
