Carly Davies is a Head of Data at Co-op, where she leads data and AI across Commercial, Finance and Property. With a background spanning both finance and data, she is passionate about turning data teams into strategic business partners that drive measurable outcomes.

Carly established Co-op’s Data Culture capability from the ground up and has been a driving force behind transforming how the organisation thinks about, prioritises and delivers data. She led the shift from a reactive, ticket-driven model to a value-led approach built around business outcomes, product thinking and stakeholder partnership, helping reposition data from a support function to a catalyst for change.

Today, she focuses on building high-performing teams, embedding data-driven decision-making and creating the conditions for lasting behavioural and cultural transformation. For Carly, the real power of data lies not in the insight itself, but in the action it enables.
