Caroline Grant is a Senior Managing Director at Slalom, where she leads the Manchester business alongside Sales, Alliances, Marketing and Client Advisory across the UK & Ireland.

With more than 20 years’ experience spanning consulting, technology and business transformation, Caroline has worked with some of the UK’s largest organisations to navigate complex change and turn ambitious strategies into tangible outcomes. Increasingly, her focus is on the impact of AI and data — not simply the technology itself, but how organisations build the skills, culture and confidence needed to translate innovation into meaningful business value.

A proud Northerner, Caroline is passionate about the continued growth of Manchester and the North West as a centre for technology, talent and innovation. She is also a strong advocate for developing future talent, advancing women in technology and creating more equal access to opportunity.
