David Olodort is a Partner at Snowpack Data, a full data stack consultancy, where he leads the agentic engineering client practice and internally runs GTM. Originally from LA, now based in Amsterdam, he started his career as a data analyst and data engineer, growing into leadership of fast-scaling data orgs, last at Flexport, where the challenge was never “just” the data, but how humans and tools coordinate.

An industrial engineer by degree, a physics nerd by nature, and fascinated with evolution, he thinks in leverage, acceleration, and abstraction. Today he helps clients build data stacks for agentic analytics, architecting for a world of workers, both human and computer, where each multiplies the other.

Off the clock, you’ll find him at his favorite arthouse cinema, in the wilderness backpacking, deep reading on ancient history, or lost in a long, passionate conversation with friends.
