Lucy is a transformation and programme leader with more than 25 years’ experience across telecoms, media, CPG and digital platforms. She has worked vendor-side with Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens, Motorola and Huawei, including 15 years delivering network rollout and OSS/BSS programmes across Africa, and client-side with Virgin Media O2, VodafoneThree, BT Digital and WPP/VML. Her current work focuses on AI-enabled delivery and the Era of Not Knowing, her framework for how collapsing certainty is reshaping decisions, commerce and the systems built to serve them.
