Speaker profile

Shay McGuinness is Head of Product for Pentaho, where he owns the product roadmap for a data integration and analytics platform used to run production data pipelines in some of the most tightly regulated environments in the world. He works with defense, financial services, and government organizations whose data cannot leave their own infrastructure, and whose pipelines cannot break. His focus is on delivering modernization and AI-readiness inside those constraints, improving what regulated, on-premise estates can do without compromising the sovereignty, security posture, and operational stability they are built on.
