Corinne Richardson has been working in DFE for 5 years and is the Head of the Data Engineering profession and the Deputy Director of the Enterprise Data for Insight Division. She is an experienced data professional with over 25 years experience in data delivery.

Corinne’s current role has involved setting up data delivery from scratch for DfE including  building data capability, embedding Agile ways of working, championing automation across the delivery lifecycle, setting an environment and tool strategy and delivering transformational data services for the Schools, Childrens Social Care and Early Years sectors.

She is also accountable for delivery across several DfE flagship data programmes including the Learner Data Service which covers the ingestion and dissemination of all attainment and assurance data for Key Stage 2, Key Stage 4 and 16-18 year old and our cutting edge daily attendance data programme which is the only system in the world that captures real time data every day about pupil attendance from all state funded schools in England.
