Lucy is Senior Principal Researcher focusing on planning and housing at Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Lucy is an experienced researcher having worked in Greater Manchester, London and for national organisations developing housing and planning policy and strategy. She has developed innovative digital planning tools such as MappingGM and is currently I collaborating with the Greater London Authority (GLA) to establish city region approaches for monitoring planning data. Lucy’s work involves closely engaging with policymakers to ensure that evidence is effectively utilized to inform policy decisions. With extensive experience in research, policy, and strategy, she is interested in how digital tools can be used to gain more insight for planning and housing policy development.
