Patrick Szubryt is a keynote and TEDx speaker, AI strategist, and AI security specialist, recognised for his transformative leadership across technology, governance, and innovation.

With over two decades of senior leadership at global organisations including JP Morgan, HSBC, IBM, and Infosys, Patrick combines deep expertise in AI implementation, risk management, and operational excellence to enhance organisational performance. He leads the development of Centres of Excellence, AI innovation hubs, and governance frameworks that foster accountability and sustainable transformation.

Patrick has shaped global AI policy, advising the United Nations on governance and Lethal Autonomous Weapons Systems (LAWS). He co-authored the UN Human Rights Council Recommendations on safeguarding women and girls in the digital era and helped design frameworks for the UN Independent International Scientific Panel on AI, advancing ethical and accountable AI worldwide.

An MIT alumnus with an Executive Diploma in AI Leadership, Patrick is also a professional doctorate researcher exploring how AI can optimise business processes and drive strategic innovation.

Passionate about education and leadership development, Patrick designs executive AI leadership and literacy programmes that empower organisations to adopt responsible AI practices. As a visiting lecturer at the University of Chester and an AI expert panellist, he shares insights and embeds ethical AI into curricula, developing the next generation of leaders.
