Beginning her career at Datatech Analytics, she has built a reputation as one of the UK’s foremost experts in data talent acquisition and retention having supported the careers of over 5,000 data professionals. Roisin’s work advancing advocacy, opportunity, and visibility for women in data has earned her a spot in DataIQ’s Top 100 and the British Data Awards’ Leader of the Year, highlighting her impact and commitment in the field.
