Steven is the co-founder and CEO of Tilores, an entity resolution company based in Berlin, Germany. Previously he was CPO at Regis24, a German consumer credit bureau where Tilores’ technology was originally developed. Hailing from Dundee, Scotland, he has a PhD from UCL and a MBA from Oxford University.
