With nearly seven years of experience at Confluent, where he contributed to the core Kafka ecosystem through KIPs, commits, and upstream Apache work, he has lived and breathed Kafka since its early days. Now, as the founder of Streambased, Tom is building a data platform that indexes Kafka to deliver fast, consistent, and cost-effective real-time analytics.
