With over 20 years of corporate leadership at American Express, HSBC, NatWest, and Virgin Money – spanning transformation, product strategy, and revenue growth.  Bruno brings boardroom-level rigour to entrepreneurial ventures. He co-founded and scaled a digital marketing agency from zero to $12M in revenue and 85 employees, completing two successful exits including an 8-figure acquisition.

Today, Bruno advises founders and CEOs of service businesses on growth strategy, operational excellence, and AI-powered scaling. His methodology blends proven frameworks from Scaling Up and EOS with a distinctive emphasis on clarity, focus, and sustainable performance, what he calls the Scale with Peace Method™.
