With over 20 years of experience working with global organisations including Oracle and Salesforce, Paula helps companies design systems that align technology, data, and human behaviour to deliver measurable business impact.

Her work focuses on improving complex operational environments — from product development and digital services to organisational decision systems — ensuring that technology and data initiatives translate into real outcomes.

Paula also lectures in Service Design and Strategy at Goldsmiths, University of London, and regularly speaks on the intersection of design, data, and emerging technologies.
