As the Group Director of Engineering, Srimanth oversees the migration of legacy data products to Azure, creating one of the largest lakehouse implementations ever on Azure Fabric.

Prior to LSEG, Srimanth spearheaded the strategic transformation of the largest on-prem warehouse to Google Cloud at Lloyds Banking Group. He  managed a significant portfolio of funding for data platforms, provided regular board updates, drove cultural transformation, and reduced operational costs while enhancing customer experience.

Srimanth led cloud services, DevOps, data engineering, and software engineering teams in modernising a massive on-prem credit card authorisation system at JP Morgan. He fostered a cloud-first culture, built innovative microservices systems, and influenced the organisational mindset
