Having spearheaded data initiatives across the automotive and utilities sectors, she is a specialist in navigating the intersection of technical infrastructure and organisational change.

Victoria now focuses on operationalising Data Mesh and federated architectures to provide the governed, real-time context necessary for production-grade agentic AI.
