Chris is an experienced leader of major data and technology transformation programmes in both the public and private sectors – stimulating innovation, increasing revenues, reducing costs and delivering economic growth. He is currently Programme Director for the National Data Library, and his last role was SRO for the multi-award winning National Underground Asset Register programme.
