Simon is the Interim Head of Data and Digital for Planning and Place at the Greater London Authority. He is an experienced project manager who has led the delivery of innovative platforms such as the Planning London Datahub and LAND4LDN, which automate the collection of planning applications and enable the monitoring of new housing data from initial capacity estimates through to completion.

In his current role, Simon leads a digital and data team focused on improving data quality, developing technology solutions to help London Boroughs monitor planning applications in real time, and generating deeper insights into London’s planning and housing trends.
