Dan has spent 17 years between Microsoft and Oracle and he labels himself as customer obsessed. His career was born in the technical support world supporting Windows XP, Internet Explorer and Server 2003. He moved into a Technical Account Manager (TAM) role to help customers understand how their business goals can be achieved by implementing the right technology. Dan joined Oracle in 2017 within the customer success team to help drive a new offering called Oracle Gen.2 cloud. Dan now leads the UK public sector team of cloud architects who every day are helping the public sector achieve more from their technology.
