Charles Schaefer is the Head of Product Strategy at Hex, the world’s best platform for agentic data analytics. Prior to joining Hex, Charles led strategy for analytics products at Salesforce, including Tableau, CRM Analytics, and Tableau Next. A data industry veteran of 15 years, Charles led sales and marketing teams for Tableau prior to the acquisition by Salesforce. Charles began his career as a data analyst at Seattle-based startup Onvia. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
