Dobo Radichkov is Chief Data Officer at Holland & Barrett, where he has spent the past five years transforming one of the UK’s most iconic 150-year-old retailers into a data-driven organisation. He built the company’s modern data platform from the ground up, grew a high-performing data team, and embedded analytics and data products across every layer of the business — engaging leaders and frontline teams alike. More recently, he has led Holland & Barrett’s AI adoption from early sandbox experiments to a core part of the company’s strategy.

Before Holland & Barrett, Dobo held data and technology leadership roles at digital-native companies. He is also the founder of Onsen, an AI-powered mental wellness app, and a London Business School alumnus with over 20 years of experience spanning data, AI, strategy, and operations.
