Andrew Jesien is the Field CTO at Hightouch, where he partners with some of the world’s largest enterprises to design and implement warehouse-native, composable customer data platforms and guide migrations off legacy, packaged CDPs such as Adobe and Salesforce.
Previously, Andrew was a Principal Solutions Engineer at Segment, bringing deep hands-on experience in data infrastructure, real-time activation, and marketing technology architecture to his work with customers.

In his current role, he leads executive and technical teams through the end-to-end design of warehouse-native data architectures—from identity resolution and event collection to real-time activation and AI decisioning. Andrew is known for translating complex data platform concepts into practical blueprints that help marketing and data leaders modernize their stack quickly, safely, and with measurable impact.
